Take your business beyond the server room.
Microsoft 365 and cloud migration, done without the drama.
A lot of businesses in Nepal are still running on a machine in the corner that one person knows how to restart. It works, until the day it does not — and the day it does not is usually the day you find out what was never backed up.
We move businesses onto Microsoft 365 and cloud storage properly: planned first, migrated in a way that does not lose anything, and documented so your team understands what they now have.

Migration is mostly planning
The part of a migration that goes wrong is almost never the copying. It is the mailbox nobody mentioned, the shared drive with fifteen years of structure in it, the application that only talks to the old server.
So we look before we quote. We map what you actually have, find the things that will break, and agree the plan before anything moves. The walkthrough comes before the proposal.
Then the move happens in a window that suits your business, not ours — usually with the old system still standing until everyone is confident in the new one.
Microsoft 365, set up rather than switched on
Buying licences takes a few minutes. Making Microsoft 365 genuinely useful takes rather more: mail flow configured correctly, files organised somewhere people can find them, sharing rules that do not quietly expose everything, multi-factor authentication turned on before it is needed rather than after.
We set up the tenant with the security baseline already in place, because retrofitting it to a live environment is a much larger job than doing it on day one.
Backup is not the same as the cloud
Putting your files in Microsoft 365 is not a backup. If something is deleted, corrupted or encrypted, it is deleted, corrupted or encrypted in the cloud too — and retention windows are shorter than most people assume.
We set up real backup and recovery alongside it, and the part that matters: we test that a restore actually works. A backup nobody has ever restored from is a hopeful theory, not a safety net.
What’s included.
- Microsoft 365
- Tenant setup, licensing, mail, Teams and SharePoint configured around how your team works.
- Cloud migration
- Mail, files and shared drives moved across with a plan, a window and a way back.
- Backup & recovery
- Proper backup for cloud data, with restores tested rather than assumed.
- Shared storage
- File structure and permissions people can actually navigate, without opening everything to everyone.
- Identity & access
- Accounts, groups and multi-factor authentication set up at the start, not bolted on later.
- Handover
- Documentation and a walkthrough, so your team is not dependent on us to understand their own tenant.
You probably need this if.
- Your files live on a server that only one person knows how to restart.
- You are paying for Microsoft 365 but still emailing attachments around.
- Nobody has ever tested whether a restore works.
- Staff need to work from home and the current setup makes it awkward.
- You are not sure who has access to what.
Questions.
Will we lose email or files during a migration?
No. Migrations run with the old system still in place until the new one is verified, so there is always something to fall back to.
We agree the cutover window with you in advance and work around your business hours rather than through them.
Is Microsoft 365 backed up already?
Not in the way most people assume. Microsoft protects its own infrastructure, but deleted, corrupted or encrypted data is still deleted, corrupted or encrypted — and retention windows are limited.
We recommend separate backup for Microsoft 365 data, and we test the restores.
Can you move us if our current setup is a mess?
Usually, yes — and that is normal. Most environments have grown rather than been designed.
We start by mapping what is actually there. Sometimes the right answer is a clean structure on the way across rather than copying the mess into a newer place.
Do you work with businesses outside Kathmandu?
Yes. Cloud work is largely remote, so we support organisations across Nepal.
On-site attendance is straightforward in the Kathmandu valley and arranged case by case elsewhere.

We’ll take a look and tell you what makes sense from there. The walkthrough comes before the proposal, and the scope comes before the work.
