Someone to call. Someone who already knows your setup.
IT support in Kathmandu, for businesses without an IT department.
Most businesses in Kathmandu do not need a full IT department. They need the things an IT department would have done — someone who answers when a laptop stops cooperating, someone who sets up the new starter properly, someone who notices the backup stopped running three weeks ago.
That is what we provide. Remote and on-site IT support for organisations that depend on their technology without wanting to employ anyone to look after it.

Support that knows the context
The difference between useful support and frustrating support is usually not technical skill. It is whether the person on the other end already understands your environment.
We keep documentation on every setup we work with — what is installed, how it is configured, why it was built that way, what changed last month. So when you call, you are not spending the first ten minutes explaining your own network back to someone.
That is also why we would rather fix the cause than close the ticket. A printer that fails every Tuesday is not seven incidents. It is one problem nobody has looked at properly.
Remote first, on-site when it matters
Most faults are solved faster from a screen than from a motorbike. Remote support means a problem gets attention in minutes rather than after a trip across the valley.
But some things genuinely need hands — a switch that needs re-patching, a new office that needs cabling, a machine that will not post. We provide on-site support across Kathmandu for the work that cannot be done any other way.
And because the working week here runs Sunday to Friday, so do we.
Built for how Nepal actually works
Power goes out. Connections drop. Roads close. A ten-minute journey becomes forty.
So the setups we support are built with that in mind: backups that assume disruption rather than ideal conditions, remote access for the days the office is unreachable, and systems that let your people keep working when the circumstances do not cooperate.
What’s included.
- Helpdesk
- A real person for the everyday faults — email, access, devices, printing, the applications your team lives in.
- On-site support
- Engineers across Kathmandu for the work that needs hands on the hardware.
- Device setup & management
- New machines configured, secured and handed over working. Leavers removed properly.
- Monitoring
- Watching the things that fail quietly — disks, backups, patch state — so they are found before they are urgent.
- Troubleshooting
- Finding the actual cause, including when it sits between two systems rather than inside one.
- Documentation
- Your configuration written down and handed to you. It is yours, not leverage over you.
You probably need this if.
- Nobody in the business owns IT, so it lands on whoever is least busy.
- The same faults keep coming back and nobody has time to find out why.
- You are opening a new office and nothing is set up yet.
- Your current arrangement is one person who is not always reachable.
- You do not know whether your backups have run recently.
Questions.
Do you provide on-site IT support in Kathmandu?
Yes. We provide both remote and on-site support across Kathmandu, depending on what the problem needs.
Some faults are solved best from a screen. Others are better handled by being there.
Do we have to sign an ongoing contract?
No. We work on single projects as happily as on ongoing support — setting up an office, migrating a system, fixing a specific problem.
If you want us available afterwards, we are. If you do not, you keep everything we documented.
Can you work alongside the IT provider we already have?
Yes, where responsibilities can be defined clearly enough that nothing falls between the two of us.
We can also help you transition if you are looking for a different arrangement.
How quickly do you respond?
Remote issues are normally picked up the same working day, and urgent faults considerably faster than that.
Our hours are Sunday to Friday, 9 to 6, Kathmandu time. Anything sent on a Saturday is picked up Sunday morning.

Tell us what you’re working with.
We’ll take a look and tell you what makes sense from there. The walkthrough comes before the proposal, and the scope comes before the work.
